I really enjoy the Core Nexus and it has really helped me release my hips and gets me ready for the court by rotating deep into my psoas! I also like how it has helped me release my hamstrings too deep release of these muscles

I highly recommend the Core Nexus, it has helped me improve mobility in my hips by easily enabling me to release my psoas and iliacus! It is compact and does a great job of getting deep into my muscles for a great release. And as a collegiate basketball 🏀 player being able to change direction quickly and move freely is a must, and the Core Nexus helps me do that!!
I love the Core Nexus and the way it is so easy to find the psoas and iliacus muscles! It has really improved my hip mobility along with all of my leg muscles. I have always had bad hips and mobility which caused me to pull other leg muscles but with only one week of using the Core Nexus, I already feel looser and more agile!
